What counts as a "review"?
One Buyer Q&A Brief generated from one Section 32 / Contract of Sale upload. Re-running an existing brief, viewing it, downloading the PDF, sharing it with a vendor or buyer, and using the AI chat are all included — they don't consume an additional review.
What happens if I run more reviews than my pack?
Overage is charged at the pay-as-you-go rate ($39 / review). Briefs keep generating — no hard cutoff in the middle of a campaign. We notify you when you cross your monthly cap so there's no surprise.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new pack is pro-rated for the rest of the billing month. Downgrade and the new tier takes effect at the next billing cycle. Cancel any time and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Is the first review really free?
Yes. One full Buyer Q&A Brief per agency, no card required. We treat free reviews as the demo — if it doesn't change how you walk into your next open home, the pack tiers won't either.
Do unused reviews roll over?
Pack reviews reset each billing month. We don't roll over because the value is in current-listing campaigns, not stockpiling.
Who at the agency can run reviews?
Any active member of your agency on the plan. Owners and admins manage seats, invites, and roles from the team dashboard. Members keep their own personal access if they later leave the agency — they don't lose past briefs.
Do you offer annual prepay?
Not yet. Once we have a stable cohort on monthly we'll add annual at a discount. Email us if you want to pre-commit and we'll work something out.
