Pricing questions

Anything else? hello@propli.ai — we usually respond same day.

  • What counts as a "matter"?

One Section 32 / Contract of Sale review opened in your workspace. Re-running an existing matter, viewing it, downloading the PDF, sharing the client summary, generating the vendor solicitor draft, and using the AI Q&A are all included — they don't consume an additional matter.

  • What happens if I run more matters than my pack?

Overage is charged at the pay-as-you-go rate ($39 / matter). Matters keep generating — no hard cutoff in the middle of a settlement run. We notify you when you cross your monthly cap so there's no surprise.

  • Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade any time and the new pack is pro-rated for the rest of the billing month. Downgrade and the new tier takes effect at the next billing cycle. Cancel any time and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

  • Is the trial really free?

Yes — Launch Partners get 3 free matters with no card required. We treat the trial as the demo: if Propli doesn't change how a matter goes from open to ready-for-client, the paid plans won't either.

  • Do unused matters roll over?

Pack matters reset each billing month. We don't roll over because the value is in current settlement runs, not stockpiling.

  • Is this giving legal advice?

No. Propli is an AI pre-read for the licensed practitioner — it surfaces clauses, missing disclosures, and likely buyer questions for you to review. The vendor solicitor draft and client summary are first drafts you edit and sign off. The lawyer or licensed conveyancer remains responsible for the advice.

  • Do you offer annual prepay?

Not yet. Once we have a stable cohort on monthly we'll add annual at a discount. Email us if you want to pre-commit and we'll work something out.
